RDF Preparation

Waste that has lost its economic value due to leachate and other pollutants, but retains. calorific value, is used as additional fuel in cement factories and provides significant savings in energy costs. RDF raw material is sized and analyzed in terms of calorific value, chlorine content and moisture content. We use energy-efficient solutions to dewater the waste and turn it into useable fuel. This leads to huge gains both in carbon footprint management and economic terms.

Sorting by Type & Color

Plastic waste is meticulously sorted by type and color, ensuring each material retains its unique properties for optimized recycling. By sorting plastics by color, we preserve the hues required for high-quality final products. With the support of advanced AI-driven quality control robots, the sorting process reaches top precision, significantly enhancing output quality. Purer Raw Material with PET Sorting Plants

Our PET Sorting Plants are designed to purify PET waste, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and color consistency. In the process, HDPE caps and LDPE labels attached to PET bottles are efficiently separated, leaving only PET material free of contaminants. The PET is then sorted by color, enhancing its quality for future use. Advanced AI quality-control robots maximize sorting precision and efficiency, allowing us to maintain the highest standards with minimal staffing, making the entire process streamlined and cost-effective.
